Elevated Movement, Artfully Delivered
One body at a time. One intention at a time.
What We Offer
Group Mat Pilates Class
A nervous-system-first, breath-led mat practice built around slow, intentional movement no perfect form required, just an invitation to show up as you are. This class strengthens the deep stabilizers (core, glutes, hips) that support everyday movement and athletic performance alike.
.
Movement Assessment + Two Private Reformer Sessions
The right place to start if you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or feel like your body needs individual attention. The first session is a movement screening not a workout. I need to understand what's actually going on before we load anything.
Individual Reformer Sessions
An hour entirely yours. Every exercise chosen for your body, your history, your goals. Private sessions allow Eni to progress you specifically no generic sequences, no group pacing. Your body's needs drive every decision.
Group Restorative Mat Pilates Class
A class built around the balance between moving fully and resting deeply. This is not a class that asks you to push. Supported by bolsters and guided through a thoughtful sequence of full-body Pilates movement and intentional stillness, you will leave feeling wrung out in the best way lighter, longer, more at home in yourself.

We start by setting an intention sometimes spoken out loud, sometimes just held quietly. Either way, it's a moment to arrive before we move.
From there, we do a roll-down together. Every time. It's how we transition into the body and out of the head.
Then we move to the reformer or , and the work begins with the breath leading, not following. Some days that work is glutes, hips, and pelvic control. Other days it's shoulder work. What we focus on shifts based on what's actually needed that day, not a fixed script.
We close with a gentle stretch, and a few words to acknowledge the body for what it just did not to rush out the door, but to actually register the work.
The shape is always the same: intention, roll-down, breath-led work, and a close that honors the effort.
